1. Personal Data collected


Registration Data: These Data are requested during the Site’s registration phase, including using computerized tools and procedures. Inquiry / Booking Data: These Data are requested for the registration or preparation of any Customer stay: First and last name, Address, Credit card information, Email address. Further Data and information may be requested occasionally (e.g. ID card and number, expected arrival time, vehicle license plate, preferences, comments) for the execution of the contract or are generated as a consequence of any User’s stay with CPW (Day of arrival and departure, Room number, Medical / Health treatments booked, medical history). Navigation and Browsing Data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. Cookies: Cookies are small text files that websites send to your computer or another Internet-connected device to uniquely identify your browser or to store information or settings in your browser. The content, frequency, effectiveness and goals of newsletters and other marketing campaigns are assessed and analyzed using profiling tools such as Mailchimp™; (v) optimizing of the Site and of the visiting experience of the Users, using web analysis services such as Google Analytics™. 5. Periods of Data Retention


The Data processed to provide the site access and services will be kept by CPW for the period deemed strictly necessary to fulfil such purposes.
